The firm’s legal name is Quantum Ridge Capital LLC (Delaware limited liability company; Florida foreign qualification / authority as applicable). Brand styling uses “Quantum Ridge Capital” or “QRC”; we avoid “Advisors” or “Partners” in the firm’s brand styling.

Quantum Ridge Capital LLC is preparing to register with the Florida Office of Financial Regulation (OFR). Registration is not yet effective. Quantum Ridge Capital LLC does not currently provide investment advisory services.

The firm does not claim to be a Florida-registered or SEC-registered investment adviser at this time. No statement on this website should be read as meaning that registration is complete or that advisory services are available today.

2. No offer, solicitation, or personalized advice

Nothing on this website constitutes investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice; an offer to sell; or a solicitation to buy any security, interest, or advisory service. Content is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

Public pages do not create an adviser–client relationship. Any future advisory relationship would begin only after registration is effective (as applicable), required disclosures are provided (including Form ADV where required), and a written agreement is in place.

4. Flow Fund (education brand)

Flow Fund (flowfund.ai) is a public education and philosophy brand. It is distinct from Quantum Ridge Capital LLC investment advisory services. Flow Fund materials are educational and are not personalized investment advice and are not a substitute for advice from a registered investment adviser when registration and an advisory relationship exist.

5. Professional designations & trademarks

Individuals associated with the firm may hold the CFA® and/or CAIA® designations. Where used next to a person’s name, these marks indicate charterholder status only.

CFA® and Chartered Financial Analyst® are registered trademarks owned by CFA Institute. CAIA® is a trademark of the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association. CFA Institute and CAIA Association do not endorse, promote, or warrant the accuracy or quality of Quantum Ridge Capital LLC or its services.

References to the CFA Institute curriculum or Body of Knowledge describe a professional standards benchmark for education and research discipline. They do not mean that CFA Institute endorses Quantum Ridge Capital LLC, and they are not a claim that QRC is a “gold standard” firm. CFA® marks are not used in the firm’s logo, legal name, or domain.

6. Artificial intelligence tools

Descriptions of AI “Edge” teammates or similar tools refer to research augmentation and workflow assistance under human charterholder oversight. Such tools:

• are assist-only and can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated;
• do not provide personalized investment advice on this website;
• are not autonomous trading systems;
• are not presented with AI rankings, simulated P&L, or guaranteed insight.

Human professionals remain accountable for judgment. We do not claim access to proprietary CFA Institute AI products or protected systems unless separately and lawfully licensed.

7. Unrelated entities

Quantum Ridge Capital LLC is not affiliated with Quantum Ridge Capital Advisors, Quantum Ridge Capital Partners, L.P., or Quantum Ridge Capital Management LLC (Fenton, MI) or quantumridgellc.com. Similarity of name alone does not imply common ownership, control, or endorsement.
